    <description>This is totally inequitable and unfair.  As a teacher at Warsaw Central School, where we are losing over 10% of our teachers at a minimum, these budget cuts are imperiling our children's education.  Reinstate the &quot;Millionaire Tax&quot;, Gov. Cuomo, and reformulate the Gap Elimination Formula.  We do not have the private wealth here in rural Wyoming County to make up for these cuts.  Education is not just for the rich.</description>
