Apparently it is not as I have witnessed City Police drive right past these bicyclist without a look back. It is very dangerous to ride on the sidewalk as there are many obstructions that motorists cannot see past as they enter driveways either to enter a business or exit a business. By that time, wham, there's the bike. I am thankful this little girl was not hurt more then she was and I wish her a speedy recovery.
