The news conference will only involve the Genesee County Sheriff's Department.

The New York State Department of Labor is still tying up loose ends of their own investigation, according to Sheriff Maha. And Darien Lake Theme Park has maintained that they will reserve their own statements until the conclusion of all investigations.
