there is an obvious coverup in play here. my boyfriend was serving time with mr. gambino and on several occasions told me that mr gambino was receiving no medical attention for the withdrawal. Also that mr gambino received no mental health counseling or otherwise due to the mental part of his withdrawal. he was being asked if he wanted his medication and wasnt able to make a rational decision about that because his withdrawal was so severe that he was hallucinating and delusional. something must be done to stop all of these suspicious deaths in genesee county jail. the medical department as well as corrections failed this person. regardless of his crimes or history he is entitled to proper medical attention!

NIKKO WAS ON ALOT OF MEDICATION DUE TO HIS HEALTH CONDIDTIONS AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE HIM HIS MEDICATION, THEY KILLED MY FRIEND.

Talking to my fiance on the phone from jail and hearing him withdrawing in the background I knew on day one he needed a hospital. He was not in the proper state of mind to refuse medication at that point its a safety and health issue. I hope you find comfort in knowing that the other inmates watched over him and did there best to make him eat and demand help any care that man revived was from the people serving time.

I was a friend from Alabama that did a few trades and bought some really nice animals from Nikko. I hate to hear about what happened to him as he was a great guy. My heart goes out to the his family and friends.

i want justice for what the gennesee county jail did to my brother .. im wondering if please all who know of the mistreatment that was seen and done to my brother please be shared with us .. it can help gather a defense for these correctional officers to be disciplined for there irresponsibility .. and justice be served for my brothers death . you can facebook nikko gambino and under his list of family.. request me ... nicole . we need to fight together so the laws can change to treat inmates with more dignity ..god bless you .

It's not about being treated with dignity, we know that's not going to happen. It's about the right to life, unless SENTANCED by a judge NOT the prison's or guards choice!!!
