It happens...its like a car getting a flat tire ...its mechanical and these things will happen ...as long as the peoples lives were not in danger i'm good with it. I love this ride and go onit all the time and will continue going on it. The chain is supposed to break. All roller coasters with lifts have non-electrical anti-rollback devices.
