Not understanding how the library gets a new vehicle from gcasa? where'd the money come from?

GCASA owns the van. It is being maintained and operated by the library for GCASA and other events.

The money was raised over the past year from local businesses.

wow, that's alot of money to raise from businesses in a year, but it's still got to be costly to maintain, and our tax dollars go to the library and most likely funding for places like gcasa, and i'm still not seeing a big connection for the elderly and keeping kids off drugs and how that much money wouldn't have been better put to use??

In response to your question regarding payment, the answer is no. Payment for specific broadcast services/material ("payola") is illegal unless noted on our broadcast prior to the airing of said material. Additionally, it is a highly unethical journalistic practice, and we do strive for ethical journalism in our news department.

And, everything you see on our news website is a reflection of our broadcast product. Thus, no payment.
