I had visited the wyoming shelter with my husband.I feel bad for everyone especially the cats. I used to believe in non kill shelters until we started visiting them. The conditions were terrible in no kill shelters because of lack of funding. these people really feel they are doing the right thing but the quality of life some of these animals have is just plain awful. It also seems that the money is somehow misplaced. Many of the animals thay are brought in never see a vet or not soon enough. I have seen this first hand. The no kill shelters for dogs are just as bad and need to be checked on again. i
