I am so happy to hear that this fantastic pizza place is re-opening! I have very fond memories of going to Pontillos as a kid in the early 70's, a trip to Pontillos was an exciting event for me and if you know about the area back in that era you can understand why.

I havent been to this place in about 40 years but I can still remember coming out of the bitter cold into a warm place with friendly people and the great smell of pizza cooking, the guy at the counter giving me and my brother and sister peperoni to munch on, the square sliced pizza (dont know if my parents asked for it this way or if thats how it was always done)

The pizza was great and the memories have lasted me a lifetime.
