    <description>So why was a state of the art front entrance built if it won't be used when most people visit the hospital.  My only chance to visit the hospital is at night or weekends.  Also where is the handicap accessibility in the emergency room?  Do you have to walk through where the patients are?  Will there be wheelchairs and someone to direct you to a person's room?  Sounds like the want to get rid of the switchboard/information.  This isn't a good idea</description>
