A former counselor at the YMCA Camp Hough has now been arrested on a misdemeanor charge of sexual misconduct.
20 year old Nicholas Maroney of Perry is accused of having sexual relations with a 16 year old female camper.
On July 29th Maroney was arrested on a charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child for allegedly wondering drunk into the wrong cabin and climbing into the bunk of a seven year old girl.
State Police said there was no sexual contact with the child.
Troopers did say that during the investigation of the July 29th incident they learned of the suspected misconduct involving the 16 year old.

The craft brewery under construction in the former JJ Newberry building on Main Street in downtown Batavia is getting an old name.
Beer is expected to flow from taps of the Eli Fish Brewing Company by the end of the year.
The name is in honor of Eli Fish, who operated Fish’s Malt House, a brewery located on the corner of Elm and Main Streets in the 1800s.
The new location is 109 East Main.
There will be 20 brews on tap: ten in-house creations and ten brews that will be selected from across New York State.
Eli Fish Brewing Company will be the cornerstone of a $2.8 million renovation of the Newberry building.
The project includes a FreshLAB restaurant incubator on the first floor and apartments planned for the second and third floors.

GE is shutting down its Rochester plant.
GE is closing its Science Parkway facility and shifting the work to China. 
The company said this will impact less than 100 employees.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is calling President Trump's threats against North Korea reckless.
The North Korean state-run news agency reported that the nation's military was looking at operational plans to launch nuclear missiles at Guam. 
Trump threatened that any more threats against the U.S. would result in fire and fury being unleashed.
Schumer called for firm and deliberate action but said reckless rhetoric would not keep America safe.
