A Southern Tier man has been indicted in Genesee County Court for drug and theft charges.
20-year-old Adam Kopp of Farmersville, Cattaraugus County, is charged with Burglary, Petty Larceny, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. District Attorney Lawrence Friedman alleges that Kopp broke into a home in Alabama last month and stole hydrocodone and acetaminophen tablets.
Acetaminophen is a painkiller commonly found in the over-the-counter drug Tylenol.
