The Office of Congressional Ethics concludes that there is substantial reason to believe that Western New York Congressman Chris Collins violated federal law.
The report, released late yesterday, called into question Collins relationship with an Australian biotech company.
The report accuses Collins of possibly violating federal law by touting the stock of the company based on insider information.
The original complaints claimed that Collins accumulated stock in the company while working on legislation that could benefit the industry.
The House Ethics Committee says it's going to continue investigating Congressman Chris Collins.

A Batavia drug dealer gets six years in jail.
36 year old Abdullah Shareef was sentenced to six years in prison to be followed by three years post release supervision for dealing crack cocaine in and around Batavia.
Shareef was sentenced as a two time felony loser.
He was previously sentenced to prison as a teenager for dealing crack cocaine.

A Warsaw man has been jailed after he allegedly raped a 16-year-old girl.
21 year old Zachary Kersch was charged last week in connection with the incident that happened in August.
Kersch was charged with first and third degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail. He will be back in court later this month. 

Today's the last day to register to vote in New York for next month's general election.  Applications have to be in the mail today. 
New York voters can do this online at the DMV website or the state board of elections site. 

The Bufalo Sabres are still looking for their first win of the season. 
Last night, the Sabres lost to the San Jose Sharks, three to two. 
Arizona is the only other team in the NHL that remains winless this season.
