A one-car crash on I-390 in Rochester has taken the life of a Livingston County woman.
64-yedar-old Katherine Nowack of Livonia was killed yesterday afternoon when her ran off the highway.
Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies say Nowack may have suffered a sudden illness that led to the accident.
Genesee Justice has received its first donation to help keep the organization alive.
The Genesee County Bar Association donated $1,000 to the Genesee Justice Foundation.

As the tax deadline approaches, State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman wants New Yorkers to be on the lookout for e-mail tax scams. Schneiderman says residents should be very wary of getting any unsolicited e-mails disguised as official communications from the IRS or tax preparation companies. The AG says such e-mails are "phishing scams" aimed at stealing a person's personal and financial information.
