A Massachusetts man, arrested in Oakfield for rape, has been indicted in County Court for fifty-one counts of Rape in the Second Degree, and fourteen counts of Criminal Sexual Acts in the Second Degree. His alleged crimes were against two girls, both less than fifteen-years-old.
27-year-old Raymond Allard had apparently been living in Batavia’s Mark Trail Motel at the time of his arrest in April. District Attorney Lawrence Friedman alleges that the crimes began right there at the motel. Between December 20th and 24th last year, Allard is accused of one criminal count against both victims, taking place at the Mark Trail Motel.
The rest of Allard's offenses allegedly occurred in late 2010 all the way through to April 15th this year, both at 511 East Main Street in Batavia, and at 29 Maple Street in Oakfield.
The charges against Allard include various courses of inappropriate sexual activity with a minor.Fifty-nine of the offenses, including all fifty-one Rape charges, are pursuant to one female victim. Six of the Criminal Sexual Act charges are pursuant to a second victim.
Allard is currently locked up in Genesee County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
