A new round of indictments in from Genesee County Court.
Among the accused are Myron and Marlene Hartford of Vine Street in the City of Batavia.
42-year-old Myron is accused of Grand Larceny for alegedly bilking an elderly friend out of over $50,000.
Both Myron and 39-year-old Marlene are accused of defrauding the government for food stamps – and stealing over $1,000 cash from the Department of Social Services.
28-year-old Anthony DioGuardi of Batavia is indicted on four counts of Sexual Abuse.
District Attorney Lawrence Friedman alleges that sometime during the 2006-2007 school year, DioGuardi committed forcible sex crimes against a child less than eleven-years-old at a location in the Town of Batavia.
DioGuardi’s is current incarcerated at the Wyoming County Correctional Facility, serving time for a similar incident.
