A LeRoy man was arrested for allegedly firing a shotgun into a residential apartment building early this morning.
Travis J. Hubbard, 21, of Clay Street in the Village was arrested
following a brief investigation at the scene by the Le Roy Police Department. Mr. Hubbard is charged with Reckless Endangerment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office also assisted in the investigation.
LeRoy Police said that at about 12:05 a.m. Hubbard went to an apartment building located at 36 East Main Street in the Village broke the front door window and discharged the shotgun into the stairwell.
The circumstances that prompted his actions are still under investigation.
Hubbard was arraigned before Town Justice Charles Dusen and bail was set at $5000.
