Batavia Police Detective Charles Dudek released these photos today, showing three young people believed to be involved in a purse-snatching and credit card identity theft at local businesses.
According to Detective Dudek, the young man wearing a ball cap, white t-shirt and necklace (inset, right) was observed walking into United Memorial Medical Center at about 11:30am on September 11th, and allegedly stole a wallet out of a hospital employee's purse. He rode in a maroon four-door sedan that may be a Ford Fusion.
Later that day, the male and two females (pictured above) were caught on camera allegedly using credit cards stolen from the wallet at area businesses.
All of the individuals appear to be in their early twenties.
Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to call the Batavia Police confidential tip-line at (585) 345-6370.
