The Farm Labor Bill, better known as the Farm Death Bill, is back to the forefront in Albany.
State Senator Mike Ranzenhofer sat in on a hearing regarding that bill yesterday. He says the legislation might be losing its head of steam in the state capitol. Both the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Labor have some serious problems with the bill.
Ranzenhofer says the bill would give New York a competitive disadvantage in relation to surrounding states.
