A Batavia man is accused of taking over a thousand dollars worth of property from an RV and then pawning the items for cash.
24-year-old Jason Barnhart of Pratt Road is facing charges of Burglary, Grand Larceny and Possession of stolen property.
Genesee County Sheriff’s investigators say Barnhart took the property from the RV and then headed to a pawn shop onj Veteran’s Memorial Drive.
There, he allegedly signed a document claiming the items had not been stolen. Barnhart was arraigned in Town of Batavia Court and ordered held on $10,000 bail.
