The Batavia Police Department has concluded an investigation into a residential burglary which occurred on Saturday December 10th, at a Thorpe Street residence.
Charged with Burglary in the Second Degree is Eric P. Doleman, 41, of Rochester.
Police said Doleman made forcible entry into the residence while it was unoccupied and stole a number of wrapped Christmas presents.
Doleman was arraigned before Batavia City Court and was held without bail.

Doleman was originally incarcerated in the Genesee County Jail after Police had received a call for a burglary in progress on Maple Street, Batavia, NY, during the early morning hours of Thursday, December 29th, 2011.
