A LivingstonCounty man has been is accused of assaulting a three-month-old baby. 22-year-old Jeffrey Rock of West Sparta is facing charges for felony assault and endangering the welfare of a child. LivingstonCounty deputies say Rock recklessly caused injury to the baby. Rock has been locked up and is in lieu of bail.
