A LeRoy mother of two isthe New York Lottery's latest millionaire.
57-year-old Carol Pursel bought the winning scratch off ticket last month at Tops in LeRoy.
She said she made a last minute stop in the store to by some hoagie rolls.
Pursel won on a five-dollar “Color-of-Money” ticket.
Pursel is an office manager at her husband's auto repair shop.
She bought the ticket from a vending machine inside Tops. Pursel said she is going to pay off some bills and pay for her daughter's wedding this summer.
She will receive $50,000 a year for the next 20 years, which equals about $33,000 a year, after taxes, until 2031.
