A Batavia man accused of molesting a two-year-old has been released from custody under supervision. 40-year-old James Little Junior is facing three counts of Criminal Sexual Act.
Each count is a Class B felony. At his arraignment, City Court released Little under the supervision of Genesee Justice, no bail was posted.
Batavia Police said their investigation began two weeks ago following a complaint filed by a county agency. They said the abuse of the child took place over a three month period.
Little is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court on April 18.
