The Corfu man, who crashed his car into a house on South Main Street while being chased by police, is facing a slew of charges today.
19-year-old Louis Reeb, accompanied by his family, turned himself in this morning just one day after he was released from Strong memorial Hospital.
He has been charged in Town of Batavia Court with DWI, Reckless Driving and speeding at 105 miles per hour in a 55mph zone.
He also faces charges in the City of Batavia for Reckless Endangerment and speeding at 100 miles per hour in a 30mph zone.
Reeb was given appearance tickets on all the charges, which range from traffic infractions to misdemeanors.
