The National Weather Service has cancelled the winter warning for Genesee, Northern Erie, Orleans and Niagara Counties.
Meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Buffalo Tony Ansuini said only 1 to 2 inches of accumulation is expected to fall from Monday afternoon into the evening.
Ansuini said the light snow should cause the roads to be a little slick, but the warning was cancelled because it shouldn't cause any downed trees or powerlines.
