A LeRoy man is arrested after a month long investigation into the burglary at the old Jell-O plant.
20-year-old John O’Shea of Wolcott Street is charged with burglary in the third degree and one count of grand larceny in the fourth degree.
The investigation started when employees arrived for work after the Easter Weekend and discovered someone forced their way into the business and stole a number of tools, wire and other items from the business.
O’Shea has been released under the supervision of the Genesee justice. The investigation will continue.
