A Batavia man gets 2 1/2 to 5 years in prison for a burglary charge. 46-year-old Heyward Clark received the sentence in County Court Wednesday morning.
This was Clark's second offense; he was out on parole for a different burglary charge in 2006 when he burglarized Jackson Welding Supply on Center Street in June.
Clark will spend up to 5 years in state prison as a second felony offender.
