A Pavilion woman is accused of a felony count of Driving While Intoxicated under the State's Leandra’s Law.
State Police said they responded to Tops Markets in LeRoy over the weekend, after they received a tip that 40-year-old Angela Kruse was driving drunk with a 4-year-old child in the car.
Troopers said Kruse registered a blood alcohol content of point 1-4, which is almost twice the legal limit.
Kruse has been locked up in Genesee County Jail on $1,000 bail. The 4-year old passenger was turned over to a child care provider.
