The Beach Boys played at Darien Lake this past weekend. It was a show that marked their 50th anniversary as part of their comeback tour.
The band must have been setting off good vibrations, because Genesee County Sherriff Gary Maha said this was show where zero arrests followed.
“This was a break for the officers, you know not having to deal with a lot of arrests and people drinking and getting themselves into trouble. The underage drinking was non-existent so there were no underage drinking arrests made,” said Maha.
The day after Rascal Flats played at the theme park and 62 people were arrested and 59 of the arrests were for underage drinking.
