A tractor trailer has tipped on its side along Route 20 in Alexander.

No one is injured but Route 20 between Route 98 and Brookville Road is closed.
Alexander Fire Chief Lance Scharlau explained that the driver of the big rig swerved to avoid hitting a deer when the trailer tipped.
The trailer was loaded with merchandise bound for Big Lots.
Route 20 was expected to be closed until mid-morning..

As the warm weather blankets all of Western New York people are getting ready to travel for the holiday. 
The AAA is expecting this to be the busiest July 4th travel week in more than a decade.
The auto club said the drop in gas prices could also be a contributing factor. The average price of a gallon of gas in Western New York is $3.60. AAA is expecting prices to continue to drop.

Cyberbullies in Monroe County now could face misdemeanor charges.  County Executive Maggie Brooks signed the law which make cyberbullying of a minor punishable by up to a thousand dollar fine or a year in jail.  Some parents questioned whether the punitive nature of the law would be a realistic deterrent for younger students.  

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says New York's Medicaid program will get over 146-million dollars in recoveries from GlaxoSmithKline.  The pharmaceutical giant has agreed to pay three-billion dollars to resolve charges that it engaged in various illegal schemes related to the marketing and pricing of its drugs.

Yesterday morning WBTA reported on a new program from New York State that would provide air conditioners to low income people with a medical condition that is aggravated by extreme heat.
Several listeners called the radio station and asked how you could apply.
The private non-profit agency Community Action of Genesee and Orleans is the organization in charge of the program in Genesee County. 
After several attempts to find a spokesperson for the program, the agency told us they only had 10 air conditioners available for all Genesee county and they had already been allocated.
