An Orleans County man pled guilty to stabbing a woman to death in the parking lot of Wal-Mart.
Wednesday, 24-year-old Luis Rodriguez-Flamenco pled guilty to second-degree murder for stabbing 45-year-old Kathleen Byham to death last October.
During the sentencing Rodriguez-Flamenco an illegal immigrant tried to convince the judge that he was drunk when he stabbed Byham to death.
Even though he pled guilty, Rodriguez-Flamenco will not recieve any breaks. He faces the maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison.
