Traffic will not be allowed to travel down two streets in the City starting Thursday.
Weather permitting, there will be paving done on State Street from Washington Ave to North street and Banks Street from Richmond Avenue to Hart Street this Thursday and Friday
The resurfacing project will take place from 7a.m. until 5p.m.
Residents are asked not to park on the streets and to park on the adjacent side streets.
