A Batavia man is accused of becoming irate when patrols were investigating a property dispute on Pringle Avenue. Batavia Police said they advised 22-year old George Hodges to stop yelling obscenities, but he continued to do so. Hodges has been charged with disorderly conduct.
51-year old Brodes Gibson of Batavia is accused of stealing two 18-packs of beer at Kwik Fill in the City on two separate occasions. Gibson has been charged with petit larceny.
