Investigators in LeRoy today continue to look into the circumstances of a one car accident that resulted in the death of a local woman.
88-year-old Marie Costa of LeRoy was found dead in her car after the vehicle jumped a curb yesterday morning and crashed into a building.
LeRoy Police said Costa was alone in her car when she apparently jumped the curb in front of McDonald’s, traveled along the south sidewalk of Main Street and struck the former Pontillo’s Restaurant, damaging the building.

27-year-old Daniel Bucci of Oakfield has been arrested on misdemeanor charges of Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Genesee County Sheriffs Deputies say Bucci had sexual contact with a 14-year-old child while at a home in Darien.
Bucci has been jailed in lieu of $7,500 bail.
21-year-old Jacob Haudenshild and 46-year-old Glenn Manes, both of Sunset Parkway in Oakfield have each been charged with harassment.
Deputies say the neighbors got into a physical altercation in the middle of their street.
Eastman Kodak's top executives will get bonus pay even as the company goes through bankruptcy.
A bankruptcy court judge has approved a motion to allow top Kodak executives to take part in the bonus plan.
Many workers had raised eyebrows at Kodak wondering how managers could get bonus pay for a company going through bankruptcy.
Defense Secretary Leon Panetta will be visiting the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station this week. Panetta will meet with members of the state delegation to Congress, who are fighting to make sure the base is not closed as part of an overall reduction of reserve forces.
A reminder to motorists driving through Batavia today:
In the City, Industrial Boulevard between Apollo Drive and Treadeasy will be closed to all traffic due to the replacement of the railroad crossing. It will be closed until Friday.
In the Town, Wortyndyke road is temporarily closed to all traffic for repaving.
