A Leroy woman has been charged with burglary and petit larceny. 45-year-old Karen Stone allegedly broke into a friend’s house and damaged multiple items inside the home. She is also accused of stealing from the home.
21-year-old David Reschke of Stafford has been arrested for allegedly possessing seven forged checks and cashing the checks at different locations in the Village of Leroy. He is charged with seven counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. Reschke is in jail on 5-thousand dollars bail.
29-year-old Jamie Broadbent of Batavia is accused of shoplifting 115-dollars in merchandise from a West Main Street business. Broadbent has been charged with petit larceny.
A Batavia man is accused of stealing a bicycle from outside a business in Court Street Plaza. 51-year-old Robert Van Buren has been charged with petit larceny.
