Eastman Kodak is planning to announce the winning bidders of its digital imaging patent auction.
The company has until 5p.m. Monday night to sell the rest of its 1,100 digital imaging patents that are estimated to be worth $2.5-billion.
Kodak is planning to use the proceeds from the sale to pay back lenders that are helping keep them a float after they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year.
Kodak Officials said the company and their lawyers will be working very hard to get in any final bids for anyone who wishes to place one.
