Three Rochester women were arrested after they allegedly stole over $1-thousand worth of items from Wal-Mart in Batavia. 20-year old Jalicia Ortiz, 29-year old Shabon Banks-Moore and A 17-year old woman are also accused of attempting to hide and destroy the items.
They have been charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony count of tampering with physical evidence and conspiracy.
The 17-year old has also been charged with possession of burglary tools as she allegedly had a bag on her that was made to defeat security sensors at the store.
The three are in Genesee County jail on $15-thousand bail.
