A Batavia man is accused of being under the influence of drugs in public. Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 48-year old Gregory Seppe after he fell off of his bicycle numerous times on prestige crossing in Batavia.
Seppe has been charged with appearance in public under the influence of a narcotic. He is in GeneseeCounty jail on $500 bail and he will answer to the charges on August 27th.
