A Livingston County man is accused selling walnut trees that he didn’t own. 56-year-old Millard Walker Jr. of Avon was arrested and charged with grand larceny after he allegedly received 3-thousand dollars from people expecting to receive the trees.
Walker is in Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
