An Alabama man is accused of abusing a 4-year old child in his care. 42-year old Earl Sprague has been charged with sex abuse in the first degree. An investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.
A Batavia man has been charged with trespass. 35-year old Brandon Smart was arrested on a warrant issued by LeRoy Town Court for an incident that happened at ButtermilkFalls back in June. Smart allegedly fell to an outcrop of rocks at the falls and had to be rescued.
