A Rochester Defense Lawyer is facing charges of patronizing a prostitute, providing alcohol to a person under 21 and driving while intoxicated.
State Police said they responded to a report of an erratic driver on Interstate 90 Monday morning. Troopers said they found 54-year-old James Doyle near the thruway rest stop in Pembroke drunk in his car with 20-year-old prostitute Alicia Guastaferro of Williamson.
Doyle denies the charges and said the woman is a longtime family acquaintance, not a prostitute. He was arraigned in Pembroke town court and released on his own recognizance.
