A Town of Pavilion man is facing child sex abuse charges. 41-year old Timothy Petrie was charged with sexual abuse in the first degree after an investigation by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
He allegedly sexually abused a 9-year old girl at his home several years ago. Petrie was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice, He will answer to the charge next week.
