Four men have been arrested and charged with burglary following an investigation that took three and a half months.
The four are charged with two break-ins at the same home on Telephone Road in Pavilion. 
The four are identified as:
20-year-old John O’Shea of Wolcott Street, LeRoy
20-year-old Dylan Hawkins of Morrow Road, Pavilion and
22-year-old Joshua Bratcher of Lake Street, LeRoy.
The three were jailed in lieu of $20,000 to $25,000 bail.
The fourth suspect, 20-year-old Anthony Gonzales of Myrtle Street, LeRoy was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies said the first break-in occurred on May 18th where a wallet and purse were taken. Three days later, deputies say, the same thieves returned and took a safe containing cash and savings bonds.

An illegal alien, living in Albion, is facing a slew of traffic charges for allegedly forcing a Genesee County Sheriff’s Patrol car off the road.
25-yeqar-old Antonio-Velaquez-Hernandez is charged with drunk driving, reckless driving, driving without a license and other charges.
He was heading north on Route 98 Sunday morning when deputies say he crossed a double yellow line forcing a patrol car off the road. 
Antonio has been turned over to the Border Patrol.

A Buffalo man was busted for allegedly passing bogus bills at Darien Lake.
Deputies say 35-year-old Larry Jones of Buffalo was in possession of $1,200 worth of counterfeit $50-bills. He was caught when he used one of the phony-fifties to buy French fries.
While in route to the county jail, deputies say Jones tried to eat a few of the 50's.

If you were doing some road traveling this weekend and felt the pinch at the gas pump, you weren't alone.  According to Triple A, the average three-dollars-94 cents drivers were paying in Western New York over the holiday weekend, was the highest they've ever paid on Labor Day.  Experts say Hurricane Isaac is partly to blame since the storm shut down some refineries in the Gulf Coast that account for about 10-percent of the nation's fuel.  However, drivers should expect to see prices begin to drop back down in the coming weeks.

He may be known for his hot dog eating skills, but food champion Joey Chestnut is taking home another title.  Chestnut upset the Black Widow of chicken wings, Sonia Thomas, and took the top spot at the National Chicken Wing Festival in Buffalo eating seven point six pounds of wings.
