Eastman Kodak announced Monday morning it will be cutting an additional 1,000 employees by the end of the year. The company has already reduced its workforce by nearly 2,700 employees since the beginning of the year.
Kodak Officials said they are making progress in their strategic restructuring plan with an annual savings of $330-million generated by employee reductions alone. It's unknown many people will be impacted in Rochester. Kodak declared bankruptcy earlier this year to come up with a more efficient business model.
