A Rochester woman is facing several felony Drunk Driving charges after nearly striking an Albion Police car.
29-year-old Kizzie Ford of Rochester was stopped by Albion Police on Thursday after officers said she nearly crashed into a marked police cruiser.
Police said Ford refused a breath test but based on their observations she was arrested for Felony DWI, due to a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years.
She was also charged under Leandra’s law because, according to Albion Police, she had her two 4-year-old children in the car.
Ford went to jail. Her children were turned over to relatives and Child Protective Services were notified.
Another felony drunk driving case…this one with a twist.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies say 36-year-old Jeremy Haynes of Church Street, LeRoy, was arrested yesterday morning at the Genesee County Jail. He was charged with two felony DWI counts.
Deputies say Haynes Blood-Alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.
He drove to the jail for a weekend work detail. He was sentenced on that DWI conviction just last week.
A felony drunk driving arrest in Batavia.
44-year-old Scott Florian of Slusser Road, Batavia, was stopped on Saturday allegedly making an improper right turn on Harvester Avenue.
Police discovered that Florian had a DWI conviction within the past 10 years. He was sent to jail.
This one took awhile, but an Alexander man is facing charges for allegedly trying to steal a pair of snowmobiles two years ago.
25-year-old Nicholas Antonucci has been charged with Attempted Grand Larceny.
Deputies say Antonucci tried to take the machines from the parking lot of the Beachhead Veteran’s Club in Alexander.
Both snowmobiles were damaged in the attempted heist.
Antonicci learned of the latest charges against him while in the Wyoming County jail where he’s serving time on unrelated charges.

10 arrests were made.
A 23-year-old Kyle Burdick of North Lyon Street, Batavia was busted for disorderly conduct.
Deputies say Burdick was disruptive and threatened his girlfriend.
Burdick was taken to jail, bail set at $250.
Motorists using Routes 5 and 77 near Pembroke are warned to expect some delays today.
The state is resurfacing the pavement and traffic will be reduced to one lane.
The work is expected to take all week.
