Residents of the Batavia City School District are voting today on whether or not to sell the district’s Administration Building on Washington Avenue.
The district decided to sell the building in a cost cutting move.
The district asked $595,000 for the building.
Reed Eye Associates bid an even $500,000 but will allow the school district to use the maintenance shop on the site for five more years.
Polls are open until 9 tonight.
More information about the proposed sale is on the district’s website HERE.
