The Genesee County Sheriff's Department is investigating an accident that sent one person to the hospital with chest injuries.
It occurred in Stafford at the intersection of Routes 237 and 33 Wednesday afternoon. Investigators say a pick-up truck traveling north on Route 237 failed to yield for a stop sign at the intersection and was struck by a delivery truck.
The driver of the pick-up was having difficulty breathing and was transported by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Charges are pending as while the investigation continues.
