Richard Huehn is accused of choking and then repeatedly hitting, kicking, kneeing and throwing a female acquaintance against the wall. He allegedly kept her against her will when she tried to escape. Huehn also pushed a sheriff’s deputy several times during the initial investigation.
The woman was treated for physical injuries at the Wyoming County Community Hospital and then released. A no-contact order has been issued on the victim’s behalf.
Huehn was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and committed to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.
He is scheduled to return to the Town of Warsaw Court Oct. 2.
