An Attica woman is facing several charges after police officers say she was found with a blood alcohol content nearly three times the legal limit.
55-year-old Cynthia Trader drove into a curb and sidewalk on Market Street in Attica.
Trader’s DWI charge is a felony because she has a previous DWI conviction from March of this year.
Trader is scheduled to appear in Attica Village Court November 5th.
