The NHL lockout is claiming more regular-season games.
The league has cancelled games through Nov. 30 due to the ongoing labor stalemate.
The Jan. 1 Winter Classic at Michigan Stadium and the All-Star Game in Columbus remain scheduled for now.
Last week, the NHL rejected three union counterproposals to its offer of a 50-50 revenue split. The two sides currently have no talks scheduled.
With no labor agreement between owners and players, the NHL had previously cancelled games through Nov. 1. The owners locked out the players after the previous collective bargaining agreement expired Sept. 15.
